I'm no expert, but can you mount the radiator outside the case? Some of them use clamps and hoses, just extend that. At least for testing.

Is there perhaps a setting in BIOS for the CPU warning? 180* F does sound fairly hot for a CPU, but maybe you can reset... Login to read more.
