ok I found the problem Zeus virus ?!!! Lady in office opened an e-mail from e-bay. Took out her computer and 2 others in net work .I finely figured it out when windows would not up date .A lot of aggravation . vcm1 now works fine Thanks to those who replied Login to read more.
