Tried to uninstall Adobe through " CCleaner " & it comes back " error 5, access denied "

Where else do I go to remove Adobe ? I see 4 different lines of this program in Ccleaner screen, Took a screen shot, But don't believe I have your e-mail ... Login to read more.
