I have one Excel work sheet that I modify every week.

I have it loaded in to my G-Drive ( which is loaded on my desktop and laptop ), I have office on my desktop, but not on my laptop.

Would G docs be able to edit the .xlsx format without making the format useless in office ? If so how would I go about syncing Docs and drive ?
