Stored snapshot to floppy disc from Tech 1 thru Techline terminal. Brought it home to compare data parameters on home PC. Can not open file. Says need Microsoft to open file. Is this a GM lockout without there software? Have not tried Tech 2 snapshot,... Login to read more.
