Geoffrey has the right idea, but let me see if I can help you as well.

1. Go to "settings" (the settings icon)

2. Then select "Wi-Fi"

3. Make sure that "Wi-Fi" is turned ON.

4. Select the name of the network you wish to join - IF you don't see it liste... Login to read more.
