After spending a WHILE with Microsoft tech support I was able to rectify this problem. We reconfigured sartup, removed McAfee, IE8, IE7, etc, etc. Finally was told to to open windows files and change the [...] file to [...] and this did the trick. Apparently t... Login to read more.
