Thank You Dennis.. Turns out, others had mentioned installing " Microsoft Security Essentials " which I HAD Done.. Is an Upgrade for windows defender & this turns OFF windows defender.. So IF you go down this same road, Don't be Supprised like I Was ;>}} Hope... Login to read more.
