I just built a rig similar to yours but I am running dual 1gig video cards. I installed win7 ultimate 64bit. I like it alot seems to run fast. I also setup windows xp mode which is virtual pc. It works good to. Runs some stuff that wont run on 7. I got 6gig me... Login to read more.
