I did install the software before hooking up the VCM. 4 of the 5 red/green LED's illuminate on the VCM (I believe it's the 4th LED that doesn't). Not sure how many or which are supposed to come on when. I didn't know about the IDS troubleshooting guide. Thanks... Login to read more.
