I have 2 laptops 1 is a Dell the other a Winbook they both run Windows XP. When you hit Control Alt Delete and enter Task Manager the Dell opens with a line graph showing CPU usage at 100% and you can not change to any other view of Task Manager. The Winbook o... Login to read more.
