Well, to be the nay-sayer in the bunch:

The hype about Win 7 is the same as the hype about XP was, in the beginning. And XP WAS great, until each successive service pack slowed it to a crawl.

I think I'll wait and see how Win 7 works after service pack 3. Login to read more.
