Mitchell 1 Manager Plus - Trying to Restore from Back up

We had our computer go down at work and we had to reload Mitchell1 OnDemand5 Manager Plus and even though we had our info backed up daily we can figure out how to restore the info back now that we have reloaded the program. Any ideas?
