Hi Gary, Some 3rd Party writing software can remove the Windows built-in burning feature. Nero, etc.. Did you say that the other cd/dvd drive letter is visible in the Sendto context menu? If so, it may just simply need assignment to the correct drive. Right cl... Login to read more.
