I second that. PCLinuxOS is designed to closely emulate Windows and might be a little top-heavy. Sounds like Leo is running KDE4, which is resource intensive. Might want to try a live CD which uses Gnome, or better yet,Xfce. I believe Puppy uses Gnome. Login to read more.
