Follow up: In trying to get into the BIOS to change the boot order, I have read where upon startup (this is an older Dell with XP) to push F2 when you see the Dell logo. Nothing. Another said hit F12. Nothing. Either way it just starts up (eventually). I did g... Login to read more.
