Anytime I shut down my XP Pro, S/P 3 laptop it gives me a message that "Engineering Feedback" isn't responding. I'll click "end" and it'll shut down.

I looked for it to attempt an uninstall but don't see it listed when I go to "Add or Delete Programs". I did... Login to read more.
