I am running EASE and the Picoscope on a one year old MacBook Pro laptop (2Gb RAM, 250Gb HD, Intel Core2Duo 2.5GHz) running Vista and Mac OS X.5.6. It works just great with a Windows Vista Experience Index of 5.2 (excellent).
