Looks like you are pretty hosed.... Here is my suggestion: Obtain an off-board hard drive. Obtain a bootable CD with a suitable tool kit. (Linux or similar) Boot the laptop using the cd. Copy all the data you want to keep over on to the off-board hard drive. ... Login to read more.
