I tried all of that with no luck. I didn't have a Vista restore disk. So I downloaded a Win 98 Boot disc it really screwed things up. It won't boot from a new XP install disc. Then I down loaded the 6 XP boot disc. It is now showing a hard drive error. I have ... Login to read more.
