Just so you know, a legitimate Upgrade version is actually a full version so you can do a clean install instead of just upgrading. The Upgrade disk is only good if you already have 98, ME, NT4/SP6 or 2000. It may or may not ask you to insert a previous OS disk... Login to read more.
