Started up our Bear CCD 100 aligner this morning to this message.

ERROR: UNABLE TO CONTROL A20 LINE

XMS DRIVER NOT INSTALLED

HAM NOT AVAILABLE: LOADING DOS LOW

BAD OR MISSING COMMAND INTERPRETER.

PC wont go any further than this.
