With a PS/2 keyboard plugged in, can you even reboot and go into the setup menu of the CMOS? If not, chances are there is a BIOS problem with the keyboard controller. If you can get into the CMOS, I would try doing a repair of Windows. This site may help. [..... Login to read more.
