Just formatted the hard drive and installed Win 98, I downloaded the Version 98A beta, Dll 1.30 of ICQ. I have my original # from the older version of ICQ. I have tried to register, and can not connect to the ICQ Server. Has any one else that has a known good ... Login to read more.
