Don't delete that. I would put that back or you will have another problem. Try deleteing the temp files. Also run RegEdit and Find> Startup and look for C:\WINNT\system32 as and entry then delete it. If you find anything after C:\WINNT\system32\[...] that's no... Login to read more.
