A couple of other things to check are 1) with Internet Exploder I mean Explorer (do not know what version I have because I use netscape unless I absolutly have to use I.E) go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, ADVANCED and just past half way down it says show picture... Login to read more.
