I am going to Charlotte next summer for NACAT and look forward to some east coast BBQ.

I liked Jack's Stack, the rib tips were good, pulled pork excellent, but IMHO Famous Daves brisket was better. I am OK with Jack's sauces, but prefer my home made sauce or... Login to read more.
