Let's talk diesel!

DDR is a meeting of working technicians and support staff coming together for about an hour to discuss issues in the drive-in service shops.

The 2021 model year is already out and technology is rapidly changing with new light duty ½ ton trucks and updated pickup ¾ to 2 ton trucks. Body controls have evolved with the use of CAN Global and LIN networks. Diesel drive-in service shops are in need of training and technical information from which they can share and learn.

The moderator, Tony Salas, will have a brief review on the latest cases he has experienced dealing with light duty trucks from 2000 model year and now. He will then open discussion with attendees to share diagnostic issues, tooling, and issues they are facing at their own shops.
