I'd get a Mohawk. The only overhead part is the stainless hydraulic lines. They can be made to fit whatever ceiling height you want and run right tight to the ceiling. I have an older 12k that I use daily, its a beast of a lift and about 30yrs old. No problems... Login to read more.
