Job Summary
We are a small, but growing auto repair shop in Bancroft,
Ontario. We have been in business for 14 years, but after
completely revamping how we operate in the last 2 years, our
business is really taking off. Our customers love the
digital inspections which we text or email to their phone or
computer. Nearly all of our customers come from referrals.
We have built a reputation for honesty, diagnostics and for
performing high quality repairs. You would be working with
lots of up-to-date equipment including many newer scan tools
and diagnostic equipment, air conditioning machine, newer
alignment system, new tire machine, tablet based work
orders, several repair information systems, cabinets full of
high quality shop tools from pullers to thermal imager, etc,
etc. We strive to diagnose and repair the vehicle right the
first time. Our shop feels more like a family than a
stressful, high pressure garage or dealership. The
atmosphere is usually light, and we believe in maintaining
an environment where everybody gets along and work pressure
is kept to a minimum. We accomplish this by ensuring almost
all customer vehicles are dropped off for the day, and
communicating with our customers about realistic timelines.
This would be a great time to move to the Bancroft area. If
you enjoy the outdoors, hiking, cycling, fishing, hunting,
canoeing, power boating, or would just like to live and/or
raise a family in a region with fresh air and beautiful
scenery - you should at least take a drive and see where we
are.
