Rick's Automotive is a 28 Bay Independent Service facility that is family oriented in Springfield, Mo. We strive to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, working on all makes/all models. Technician hours are Mon-Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch break. Factory scan tools and specialty tools are provided. We offer many benefits including: Insurance, 401k, Uniforms, Vacation and Holiday pay, paid training and much more.

We are currently seeking qualified technicians to add to our diagnostic team. The candidates should have good work ethics and time management skills, understand how to use diagnostic tools and service information. Clean driving record required. We are a team of skilled technicians, many of us have been employed at Rick's Automotive for several years, and as our team grows we try to support one another to bring out the best that we can be in our individual career goals.

Aside from diagnostic challenges, you will be tasked with some r&r and general maintenance repairs. You should have a full set of personal hand tools and basic diagnostic tooling. Opportunities will exist to learn many vehicle platforms. If you have European experience, that is a plus. We have a solid clientele and stay busy all year. We have several Service Advisors that each have a team of technicians, a parts manager, and a large support staff to ensure that you will be allowed to stay in your element and remain productive and efficient.
