I'm pretty sure you can remove the immobilizer (skim) even on a used PCM. Had a 2002 grand caravan roll in about a month ago with egr codes but no egr valve. Someone had stuck the wrong PCM in it. I called the dealer and they gave me the correct part number th... Login to read more.
