We are an extremely busy independent repair shop with locations in Culver City and Redondo Beach,CA , servicing Mini Cooper and BMW customers only. We are looking for experienced and highly qualified technicians to join our growing team. Do you want to get out of the Dealership environment performing Warranty repairs? We offer a five day work week, 8am to 5pm, excellent compensation with attainable production incentives. Two modern state of the art shops servicing Mini Coopers and BMW's only, with most recent diagnostic equipment available, as well as new Hunter Alignment Machines.

Qualified candidates should have the following:

*Minimum 5+ years experience of automotive repair and service (preferably MINI/BMW). *Able to read wiring diagrams and have good computer diagnostic skills. *Able to work independently with minimal supervision. *Must have valid drivers license with clean record. *Must have own tools. *Good communication and writing skills. *Creative and able to improvise while working on vehicles, with good problem solving skills *Able to work as part of a team.
