Due to a recent change in our production staff we are looking for energetic tech to join our team. We offer the opportunity to work on all makes and models of vehicles and your experience needs to reflect the necessary experience to be able to work independently with the variety of situations you will be assigned.

Applicants should have a positive attitude, a solid attendance record, and a history of being self directed problem solvers. Must be ambitious & want to grow with company.. ASE certification will be a plus.

As a member of our group candidates would be responsible for the following.

* Perform vehicle inspection / courtesy checks as required following current MAP inspection procedure

* Maintain High Quality Repair Standards

* Repair to specifications " brake and hydraulic systems, exhaust systems, air conditioning, steering / suspension systems, maintenance services, tires, and wheel alignments

* Adequately explain mechanical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include teammates and customers on an as-required basis

* Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions in order to stay or become proficient in automotive diagnosis and repair

* Keep store management aware of service area mechanical repair problems as they occur

We are a small-town shop with great growth potential. The shop has 6 bays and we do most all types of service. We have factory scan tools and subscriptions up to date for them. we also have the New Genisys Touch PC and Master Tech Scanners along with older handhelds. We are always looking for new ideas to grow make our shop run more efficient.
