From the photos alone I would say a 1960 190Db. Unless I am mistaken, the grill on a 59 would be a couple inches narrower. Being left hand drive and the radio would also tell me it was originated in Germany in 1959 for the 1960 model year. Vehicle built in 196... Login to read more.
