SERVICE WRITER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY: We recently lost one of our service writers due to a serious illness.

As such we are immediately looking for a qualified service writer, or even a tech with some service writing experience.

Jax Auto is a busy 6 bay AAA approved auto & smog repair facility. We've been in business for 28 years, working on foreign and domestic vehicles.

Requirements and Experience

- Language Skills - Ability to speak & read English and interpret documents from customers, vendors, and management. Communicate, and do so professionally, and respectfully.

- Typing, spelling, punctuation and composition skills are a must. Ability to work accurately with numbers is required.

- Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have familiarity with Windows and other electronic automotive information systems.

- Be punctual, have a friendly positive attitude & good work ethic

Nice-to-Have Knowledge, Experience and Skills

- Be familiar with latest smog check requirements.
