Automotive Service Technician
Description
Allied Service Center is a busy AAA approved repair facility
and looking to grow our team with the high quality talent
that has successfully served the Las Vegas Valley since

AAA and equipped with the latest equipment and information
systems (really) to do the job right the first time.

talent who know what to do, how to do it, help one another

self-reliance within a genuine team environment. This
formula has allowed us to have one of the highest repeat
customer rates in the Las Vegas Valley.
Job Summary
•Accurately and thoroughly diagnose malfunctions with
customer vehicles in a timely manner. L1 diagnosing ability
a must! •Complete work as described on the repair
order. Ask clarifying questions when necessary to refine
your approach and reduce duplicated efforts.
•Communicate with service advisors and parts personnel
to offer the customer the most appropriate repair options.
•Utilize information systems to provide the most up to
date repairs. •Validate repairs are complete and
communicate other known issues to service advisors before
vehicle is returned to customer. •Road test all
vehicles. •Return all vehicles to customers at least
as clean as when they were dropped off for service.
•Retain old parts as requested by customer/management.
•Contribute in team meetings. •Participate in
training as necessary. •Maintain a clean workstation.
•Be friendly!
Requirements and Experience
•Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret
documents from customers, vendors, and management.
•Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures
and amounts as they pertain to our customers' needs.
•Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out instructions delivered in verbal
or written form. •Computer Skills - To perform this
job successfully, an individual should have familiarity with
Windows and other automotive information systems.
•Adequate tool supply. •Valid driver's license.
•Minimum 5 years experience as an automotive
technician. •Demonstrate general automotive talent.
•Be punctual.
Compensation
We enjoy paid vacations, a group medical benefit plan, and
compensation plans that include higher than market rate
wages based on experience and ability.(up to $33.00/hr)
