Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an immediate opening for a Medium/Heavy Duty truck Service Advisor on the evening team. This individual will work 12pm-9pm, Monday thru Friday. The Service Advisor position is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles enrolled in our Maintenance Programs. Our department is ASE Blue Seal certified and averages 11 certifications per Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess extensive automotive and medium / heavy duty truck knowledge, strong customer service and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming calls on the department's 800 repair line

Oversee service and repairs on enrolled vehicles

Negotiate parts and labor pricing with repair facilities

Contact customers to advise and explain maintenance issues

Recommend and authorize maintenance services to repair facilities and drivers

Review service and repair requests to ensure proper application

Issue purchase orders to repair facilities

Process repair invoices for payment

Provide technical support to customers

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Able to work 12pm-9pm, Monday thru Friday

Minimum one year of experience in the medium / heavy duty truck repair field

Minimum of four ASE certifications

Technical knowledge of automobile and medium / heavy duty truck maintenance and repairs

Basic PC knowledge and typing skills

Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/competencies:

Automotive and truck technical education preferred

Automotive and truck shop experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

Ability to problem solve and pay strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as with a team
