My co-worker was given an old Snap-On rachet that he thought is a 1/4" drive...turns out it's a 5/16" drive "midget" rachet.

It's a "Midget M-70M" with a date code that looks like a capital "E" (1944?), also marked "Pat. No. 1854513".
