We have a similar situation, but the only way it can work (and keep the techs sane) is by a 6 day week with 4/10 shifts. We have only 2 in the shop at a time and they work 4 days - example: tec A works M-Th, tech B works Wed-Sat, tech C works M,T,Fri,Sat Login to read more.
