Problem Solved!

The "new" water pump was mis-manufactured - the hub was pressed on too far. Since I didn't have the orignal pulley, I "assumed" the pulley I got was wrong - it was the pump. Just say "NO!" to aftermarket parts! Thanks to Bruce Amacker to poin... Login to read more.
