IF CHEAP is your main goal...you may wanna consider the DIAKTEK palm scanner.

I have an NGS, and have seen the DIAGTEK... Im glad I have the NGS...very. Ive used it to reprogram enough keys already to pay for the difference(Probably 20 cars at an hour a pop)... Login to read more.
