I asked my Snap On dealer about the 4.4 update. He says it wasnt made available to everyone in the country, only certain parts. So when I updated from 4.2 to 5.2, I wasnt considered behind on updates. Of course, I bought my VCI carts back in July. Its possible... Login to read more.
