The actual spec in the Fluke book is [0 to 10A, <3% of reading +50 mA].

I know that the Snap-On probe is rated to 40 amps, where the Fluke is rated to 100 amps. I suspect the Snap-On is probably a little more accurate at the lowest end of the range.
