99 Chrysler Intermittant No Start, Bad CKP

This 1999 Sebring came in with an intermittent power loss, rough run, cut off and no start problem. Test drive found no problem. Scan found P0320 (CKP Not Seen By PCM) set in PCM. Customer advised that it mostly occurred after a hot soak.
