You need a low amp probe that will accept a batt cable for one reason. Parasitic draws. Fluke 80i does that. Pretty good on anything, 80 amp max. I'm getting the 40i too, smallest jaws in the industry. Didn't want to waste my money on the cheap stu... Login to read more.
