William, I called BALCO on just that problem and they told me to leave MODIS on while charging or pull battery out when not in use. Battery is drained by keep-alive memory. Also Utilities, go to TOOL SET-UP, then POWER MANAGEMENT, select either QUICK CHARGE or... Login to read more.
