I have two scan tools registered with AutoAuth,I went through all of the instructions for snap on and it still will not authorize me to work with chrysler secure gateway cars. I might add we also have an Autel registered as well with Autoauth and same results. Any one else jump through this hoop with either or both scan tools and been successful?
