Hay Tim I checked with support and they said if it is on a Windows 7 Zeus or Verus Edge you might want to give them a call as they can remote assist and fix things up for 21.4 Win 7 units with error messages. I'm not sure if yours is a Win 7 or Win 10 but with... Login to read more.
