My Verus Edge (19.4) screen disappeared while I was scoping a 5v crank sensor on a PT Cruiser and has not come back.

I removed the battery and reinstalled, no change. I installed my battery in another tool and it has 97% charge. If you press the power button it lights up green but there is no response from the screen what so ever.

Any advice before I ship it off to SO next week would be greatly appreciated.
